Fitness Classes are in the mornings Monday-Saturday. Classes are on the second floor in the Prestwick Room. Cost for each class is $10 or $60 for unlimited classes each month. Please call Kathy with any questions regarding the Fitness Classes.

The Quick Start Exercise Program is designed to maximize a member’s health endeavors. The Quick Start creates an easy effective method of evaluating a member’s current level of health and prescribing the appropriate exercise program.
