Sound Healing Wellness Event
Come participate in a relaxing, immersive experience listening to healing vibrations and soothing music. This one-hour session led by Michele will help shift your mind and body into a state of meditation, creativity, and deep relaxation. $20 per participant. Registration is required, please reach out to a member of the Aspen Glen Club team if you need assistance with registration. Sound Healing Announcement - During our sound healing event on the music in the gym will be turned off from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. If you forget your headphones, we have complimentary sets.

A group that balances fitness education and support. A group creating synergy and strength through lifting. Discussing each other's fitness goals. Woman sharing with woman, challenging you to do your best. Of course, a sweaty lifting session included: modified workouts available or do your own thing with the energy of other women in the gym. Collective strength, positive feedback, idea exchange at the end during cool down.
