Cardio Strength keeps the energy high and the time flying with a fast-paced, no-boredom format: 3 minutes of heart-pumping cardio, 2 minutes of muscle-burning strength, and 1 minute of core-crushing planks. Repeat for 5 rounds and walk out feeling stronger, faster, and unstoppable. 💪🔥
