Moms in Motion with Childcare Director Kimberly Howey Join us for a refreshing blend of movement, connection, and community! Moms in Motion brings moms together for a 30‑minute walk around the beautiful golf course, followed by 30 minutes of coffee and conversation. It’s the perfect mid‑morning reset—enjoy fresh air, friendly faces, and a relaxed space to unwind, chat, and build connections with fellow moms. To make it even easier, childcare is provided for infants and toddlers. Featuring a fun and engaging story time and playtime with our enthusiastic childcare team. Come move, mingle, sip, and recharge with us! Thursday, May 14th and 28th 10 to 11 am Register on Members First Meet at the Fitness Center

Unwind, release tension, and restore mobility in Stretch and Flexibility with Gul, a gentle yet effective class designed to improve range of motion, posture, and overall body alignment. Gul guides you through a series of dynamic stretches, static holds, and mobility‑focused exercises that help lengthen tight muscles and reduce stiffness. Open to all Members and guests of Members are welcome with a guest fee.
